1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Drafty ("the Service"), operated by A Little Drive LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Drafty. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.

3. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you publish on Drafty. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

No hate speech. No Nazis. You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You agree not to publish content that:

  • Promotes hate speech, racism, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Promotes Nazism, white supremacy, or other extremist ideologies
  • Violates any law or regulation
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Harasses, bullies, or threatens others
  • Contains sexually explicit material involving minors
  • Promotes violence or illegal activities

5. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

6. Subscription and Billing

Drafty offers a 7-day free trial with 5 free posts. After the trial, continued use requires a subscription of $5/month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

7. Intellectual Property

The Drafty platform, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by A Little Drive LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, A LITTLE DRIVE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
